Why KRO?

Most affiliate programming is excellent at building:

  • Strength
  • Skill
  • Community
  • Intensity

But it has to serve everyone.

KRO fills the gaps that matter most for Masters athletes.

✓ Aerobic engine

✓ Recovery

✓ Movement quality

The KRO Way

One thing you won't see in a KRO session...

✕ Leaderboards.

Because not every session needs to become a race.

One thing you WILL see...

✓ Purpose.

Every session has one.

The goal isn't to win today's session. It's to become a better athlete six months from now and beyond.

KEEP RIGHT ON

The Club Anthem of Birmingham City

"There will be joys and sorrows too."

"Although you're tired and weary, still journey on."

"KEEP RIGHT ON TO THE END OF THE ROAD"

The philosophy behind KRO is simple:

Keep showing up. Keep improving. Keep moving forward.

KEEP RIGHT ON

WHY KRO EXISTS

I'm John Clarke. CrossFit Level 2 coach. Masters athlete (60-64).

In 2015 I survived a cardiac arrest, followed by a quadruple bypass. That experience changed how I think about training forever.

KRO isn't a name generated by AI or chosen from a branding exercise. It's personal.

KRO stands for Keep Right On — the anthem of my boyhood football club, Birmingham City.

For me, the words represent far more than football. They speak to resilience, persistence, and continuing to move forward when things get tough.

Like many Masters athletes, I still love training. I still love competing. I still enjoy chasing progress.

But I've also seen the challenges that come with balancing training, work, family, recovery, and life.

I created KRO because I believe Masters athletes deserve training designed specifically for our needs.

A system that helps us continue improving while fitting into real life.
